There are two trojan type detections that alot of antivirus' software will display with alot of yahoo tools;

1. flooder - usually detected in booters, room lockers, etc

2. hacktool - usually detected in account crackers, account lockers, etc

these are both safe and will cause you no harm.

Are you sure morphe bro ? this booter is allowed user to generated the boot string just like before, if it really can't so try to copy and paste your master boot strings in the box, lol
