based on your net speed.....i think this is the best booter

files are in the folder of the program/copy the ocx file to your windows system 32 folder then register it by going to start/run/ type in regsvr32.exe then a space and then type the excact name of the file such regsvr32.exe AniGIf.ocx then hit ok your dont message will tell you if the file has been successfully registered
