Ok guys Kindly make Sure of this things in order to get PhantomVC working 100%:
1. Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 OR higher version. 2. Your antivirus not blocking the progy as trojan ( ITS SAFE PROGY). 3. System Language is English. 4. Dont try to open the progy manyy times within short period ( give 15 min between each try). IF YOU TRY 3 TIMES WITHIN 15 MIN YOUR REQUEST WILL BE REJECTED FROM AST867 SERVER IF U TRY MORE YOU WILL BE BANNED. <<<<<THIS THE NEW UPDATE IN AST867 AUTHORIZATION PROCESS. THE REST IN THE NEW VERSION STILL THE SAME CHECK THE TUT. SECTION FOR MORE INFO. |

the application failed to intialize proprely (0xc0000135).Click on ok to terminate the application.
when i am trying to open it i am getting that error plz help me ty |
