bro copy the dll that is inside the folder and register if you want just goo to system 32 and delete the other and put the dll that is in the cracked prog

I had a problem with Elite Chat too on my Vista machine. I tried several things, but then I installed Ycabby2 and it fixed my voice problems in Elite Chat. Just thought I'd let you know.
