i disable kaspersky internet security.. i placed the file into my kaspersky internet security directory... when i open the exe and click on "patch kaspersky internet security" i get the "run as" promt.. to chosse which account i want to run the patch on.. i choose current user... and then i get an error.. so i cant install patch.. heres the info that the error conatins...

u should disable self defecnce first and exit it and apply patch and open KIs and enable self defence
