I know version 3 of the Aquarium has been a long time coming for many people who have waited anxiously. Now is the time to download this Public Beta test version of the Aquarium, try it out, give your feedback, and help us track down and squash bugs!

How do I report a Bug?
Unless you see someone else with the exact same bug, please create a NEW thread here in the Marine Aquarium 3 Beta forum. Please include all the information about your computer you can think of, this includes:

* Windows version (i.e. 2000, XP, Vista)
* Memory RAM (i.e. 2GB)
* Graphics Card/Chipset (i.e. nVidia GeForce 8800)
* Monitor and Resolution (i.e. Samsung 17" LCD at 1280 x 1024)

Please tell us the exact circumstances under which the bug appeared, and whether you can reproduce it again (easily, every time, cannot reproduce).

How do I purchase Marine Aquarium 3?
Marine Aquarium 3 Beta will accept Marine Aquarium 2.6 keycodes.
Marine Aquarium 3 Final is free to recent purchasers of Marine Aquarium 2.6.
Purchasers of Marine Aquarium 1, 2, or 2.6 before a certain date will be able to purchase an upgrade to Marine Aquarium 3 for a price which has yet to be determined.

Help! My Beta says it expired!
A new version of Marine Aquarium Beta will be released every week or two, which is a fortunate coincidence because Marine Aquarium 3 Betas expire after 1-2 weeks. See the download link below.

How do I know which version of the Beta I am running?
Run the Aquarium. In the upper left corner, you will see the current Beta version number.

Where's the Macintosh version of MA3?
Marine Aquarium 3 is developed on the PC. It must then be translated by the fantastic team at Order'n'Dev. Once MA3 is more finalized, expect the Mac version to enter testing in the Marine Aquarium Mac OS X forum soon.

Hardware Requirements
In order to display the best possible graphics, Marine Aquarium 3 requires a slightly better graphics card and more disk space than previous editions of the Aquarium. As it has been 8 years since Marine Aquarium .99K was released, this should really come as no surprise to anyone! However Marine Aquarium 3 is still compatible with more hardware and more versions of Windows than any other competing Aquarium product.

Marine Aquarium requires a PC with Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows XP (64-bit), Windows Vista, Windows Vista (64-bit), with at least 512MB of RAM.

If you find that MA3 runs well on these cards, or with minor glitches, please do report back with your findings and or comments/screen snapshots of any glitches you experience. We cannot guarantee that problems with these cards will be addressed or resolved, but this information is nonetheless very helpful.
