Plustech Ip Changer 2.0
 If you must connect to multiple networks, then IP Changer 2.0 can be a useful network configuration manangement tool for your Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP desktop and notebook. IP Changer 2.0 doesn’t requires system rebooting when you change desktop or notebook’s TCP/IP even though your system’s OS is windows 9X or ME.
