Default HTML site using PHP forums

Does anyone have the coding we can use to have a HTML website using a PHP forum. But we want to show the last 5 PHP forum posts on the front page of HTML site in a table or iframe

Use block dude.....
Have u got self installer? go and create phpNuke forum.... that is easy way.
If need add-ons. u can download it. because php is opensource..
