Request To All Plz Help

I Have Window Vista.i Have Problem To Install Missing File.i Also Registered Vbrun File But When I Open Any Yahoo Tool Its Not Open Like Booters Or Any Chat Clients.it Always Sayes Registered Some File Then I Downloaded That File Then Copy And Post That Programe And Also Post Into C Drive.window.system 32 But It Also Say That Error Of Missing File Not Registered.

Plz Tell Me How Can I Solve This Error.

Bro try to Install it manually Copy the file to c:\windows\system32
and open run and type Regsvr32 (the file you copy in system 32) then enter hope it will help u

plz not angry.fst i did save mode option then u can see in pic above regocx1 method then i turn on off account information and then last regsvr32 msinet.ocx but again error of register file plz help me thanx.few days ago its work but this time error
