hello !!! mabuhay !!!

before you start this, check fisrt ur speed connection so you will know later if this trick is effective or not. just go to ---> [Only registered users can see links. ]

1. Select Control Panel from the Start menu.

2. Click Network Connections from the Control Panel choices.

3. Choose your connection from the Network Connections window.

4. Click Properties button.

5. Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click Properties.

6. Click the radio button Use the following DNS server addresses
and type in OpenDNS addresses in the Preferred DNS server
and Alternate DNS server fields, then click OK.

Please write down your current DNS settings before switching to OpenDNS, in case you want to return to your old settings for any reason.

Preferred DNS server address for Open DNS is: 208.67.222.222

Alternate DNS server address for Open DNS is: 208.67.220.220

7. Restart your computer.

now go to ---> [Only registered users can see links. ] to check if done it correctly.

then check ur speed connection now, ---> [Only registered users can see links. ]

i use opendns all the time as my isp dns sucks. Its a good dns service i saw 20% increase in my download speed instantly. would recommend everyone to try it.

for mi d not work i still have the same 2033 kbps :cry: .... :P i am waiting for the end of the mouth i upload to 8000kbps :P

this is not a program sir...

just follow the steps and gain additional speed on ur internet connection.

i'm connecting to internet through another computer i done this to my pc.. now my connection is slower than before.. should i do this DNS setting up to the comp that conect directly to the internet (server)?
