Default Voice Problem

Hello people out there. Someone can help me, I have a voice problem I don’t know if it’s in connection or in my soundcard I used has a problem. Actually I’m only using a built-in soundcard

Well this was the problem every time I used the mic. Inside the chat room for the first minute.
The voice of mine was ok, but after a several minutes comes my voice getting choppy and this what my chat friend said about me.

Oh I for got every time I used two or more voice in chat room this is what happened in my voice. I used 2 clients and 1 yahoo messenger.
