Windows Movie Maker Crashes When I TRY to trim Music!!!!!!!

When I add music and try to play it to the point i want to trim it freezes then crashes what should i do?

I have used Windows Movie Maker quite a lot and havent had this problem at all.
1: try reinstalling the program.
2: look for extras for wmm, ie, more tranisitions etc, as I think there is one out for the sound clips,
3: only better program than this is Pinnacle Studio 10, 11 or 12, I have tried all the others and to me Pinnacle is the best out there,
Not sure how you will go with the cracked versions as they are tighter than Microsoft when it comes to serial numbers. Fortunately for me I bought my copy as it came with a video capture card for the pc, so the initial installation uses a key and every other key for the locked areas are matched to the original.
Let me know if you need any stuff for WMM. I have a lot here.
