Easy Hamburger Stroganoff
 Ingredients
  • 1 lb [Only registered users can see links. ]
  • 1 medium [Only registered users can see links. ] (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup [Only registered users can see links. ] or [Only registered users can see links. ]
  • 2 tablespoons [Only registered users can see links. ]
  • 1 teaspoon [Only registered users can see links. ]
  • 1 teaspoon [Only registered users can see links. ]
  • 1/4 teaspoon [Only registered users can see links. ]
  • 1 (8 ounce) can sliced [Only registered users can see links. ]
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup [Only registered users can see links. ]
  • 2 cups hot, cooked noodles
Directions
  1. In a large skillet, cook and stir ground beef and onion in margarine or butter until onions are tender.
  2. Stir in flour, salt, garlic powder, pepper and mushrooms.
  3. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in soup.
  6. Simmer uncovered.
  7. Stir in sour cream.
  8. Serve over noodles.
