Serves 4 500 g (1 lb) chicken fillets ![]() 500 g (1 lb) canned bamboo shoots ![]() 400 ml (13 fl oz) coconut milk ![]() 1 ts green curry paste (Gang Kiau Wan) ![]() 3 tb fish sauce ![]() 3 tb sugar = Takes 30 minutes plus time to marinade1. Slice chicken .2. Drain bamboo shoots. 3. In a pot bring 5 tb coconut milk to boil. 4. Add curry paste and stir. Cook for one minute. 5. Add chicken, bamboo shoots, fish sauce, sugar, rest of the coconut milk and a little bit water and simmer for ten minute ![]() ![]() |
