i follow what u'v said..
i turned off my yahelite and all other ym applications..
the only open application is my firefox..

in vista simply run in admin mode right click the shortcut then use as admin

as you said u get error now u could try this upx.exe -d --force -v and if that dont work just simply pack the exe already like upx.exe d -v C:\blahblah/blah.exe see if that works then add the -d function again i managed to edit ymlite tags as well search for 303 for ver and also site there and search Y!mLite also ymlite also Build etc

im not sure if its just for me... coz im a vista user... but this doesnt work... after u extract it in the drive c.

and do this....

un ur command prompt

then type
C:\upx302w\upx.exe -d "C:\location_of_the_folder_of_urYahElite\YahElite. exe"

the cmd.exe appear then go out again...

ive read johnnyjammer reply... and my account user in vista has been turn off..

so just wanna say it doesnt work on vista...

i havent try the 2nd tutorial...
maybe oneday im gona try that but not now... to lazy...
