ok if its already packed then try unpacking with it -d but im gathering mate you are running both progs under admin? as u need admin to write to disk(C:\) under vista but besideds that mate it worked for me lol straight off.
try either console version or the GUI version of shell upx see how that goes or i could maybe just edit the version and just upload it some where

First locate the directory where you placed your upx303w folder and go there (I don't know where you place it)

Once your inside that folder in MSDos prompt, that's the only time to type the command line...

upx.exe -d "c:\Program Files\YahELite\YahELite.exe"

ok goto MSDOS Prompt then type this...

cd\program files\upx\upx302w then press Enter...

this will appeare in your DOS screen

c:\Program Files\upx\upx302w>

Now type this command line > upx.exe -d "c:\Program Files\YahELite\YahELite.exe"
