doitnowman my bro u think i read chinese hehehehe,,, for every one it will look deferent depend on the OS lang. ... hmmm try this:

Control Panel -->regional and language options-->Languages--> select (install files for east asia lang.) then --> Advanced -> select all the codes in (Code page converstion tables--> apply -> re-boot ( btw u need the windows CD for this Steps)

this will be helpful if u have Windows XP OS
