Simple solution here for all the Yahoo! messy.

follow the step by step.

1) Start than "Run"



2)Regedit


3) now this box will appear ...click on "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" and than click on "Software"




4) now click on "yahoo" and than "pager"


5)now click on "test"


6) now in right side ...right click and make on new dowrd value






that it...very simple and easy.

thats just say some trojan have disable or regedit so beter u goo to the lab and put a hijackthis scan

I found this information on youtube, it works wonders, however, only on yahoo msg 8 +...has anyone else tried it on a different version ?

If you have a copy of XP installation CD...use that....that should fix the problem...if not, There should be a spare copy of Regedit.exe in the Windows\System32\Dllcache folder ... Goodluck

one thing i ddnt understand here.. ive been using this tutorials in my vista lappy and it works same also with my desktop xp..but when i try to configure at my friends desktop xp it didnt work..1thing ive noticed from his pc..i cant change from hexadecimal to decimal only..when i try to tick it to decimal then i press ok,then when i open it again it still remain in hexadecimal..well it doesnt matter if it is hexadecimal or decimal cause i tried it both in my lappy and desktop and it both works.. i just dont understand what makes his pc different from my pc.. im the one who installs most of his proggy so i guess theres no new for me when it comes to his proggy..anyway i dont loose hope..am still figuring out why n why it didnt work at his pc..thanks to all the tutorials..long live vipra!!!

* Go to Start ==> Run



* Type regedit,hit enter


* Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER ==>> Software


*Yahoo ==>> pager ==>>Test


* Create New Volue Rename It As Plural


* Double click and assign a decimal value of 1 or 2.


* Now close registry and restart yahoo messenger.

* For signing in with new id open another messenger .
