bro vit i dnt know if im on the right topic coz i did use tcp patch already...but everytime i use proxy grabber i only get like 20 green sock5 out of 1000 somthing.....is dat d way it is?

bro vit links worked perfectly fine...i opened it and followed the instructions but when it comes to following this instruction number 5 which i copied and shown below nothing happen when i close it and waiting for the next part to appear before i can go reboot my laptop can u pls. advice me on this...

5...now she open a new window with 3 options repet more information and cancel press cancel and after in the other window open pres yes...

...now rebout your computer and try to scan socks thats all ...

This patch will remove the limits in xp SP2 FOR unresolved, half TCP connections.
This limit causes programs that scan and make many connections at once to not work
properly. ProxyGrabber,STB,ProxyScanner, and many other programs don't ork right unless you use this patch!
Its only if you have XP Service Pack 2!
1-Run the program EvID4226Patch. The first option it asks you, choose, "Change."
2- Pick a very high number for the new limit, like 1000000.
When it asks if you are sure about this, chose , "Yes."
3- Choose yes to rename the backup file.
4-Close the program. You'll get a popup from windows which will want you to load your xp disk,
choose "cancel" then choose "yes" when it asks if you are sure about keeping
the new version of the TCP.sys file ( the one you just changed).
5-Reboot

Thats all!
