Voice On Windows Vista - Page 7

hi, i have vista and use yahelite for yahoo chat and after doing the freecreed download, i got sound to work, but no names appeared in the yahvox so i can't ignore anyone or speak. in order to do those 2 things, i have to use yahoo messenger for chat (which i hate).

i heard recently that yahvox for vista users is fixed now and you can talk, see the names again, and THANK GOD, click to ignore again.

does anyone know if there is a special download needed to fix yahvox for vista or do i need to uninstall and reinstall yahelite? (is the new fix coming from a download or a yahelite upgrade/update?) any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!! (we have this one obnoxious, insane drunk guy in my reg room and he plays trance on mic alllll the time. it drives me NUTS when i can't click him!!! he thinks he's a yahoo dj or something and all he does is play music 24/7 ~ and it's NOT a music room! lol) everyone keeps him clicked but he doesn't care...he's done this for YEARSSSSS. (no-life? lol) please helpppppp!

i have the same prob i tried [Only registered users can see links. ] verything was fine then.but recently my cousin installed bluetooth software and changed all the settings and i,m having the same prob again.asr's web is also closed.i also tried vistavoicefix installer but in vain.can any 1 tell me the strong link to slove this prob please_____THANX IN ADVANCE____

Hi, First post alert. I've run into a problem. I downloaded a fake looking y!mlite with a clonish interface and i deleted it. ever since, ive had problems with voice on yahoo. YAHVox says "Error:IsYacsInstalled?" withY Mlite, its "Yasscom.dll" is missing. After playin with it for a few minutes,i gave up and downloaded the DLL. I wish it was a self extracting file, but NOOOO!! i had to manually do it. BUT I DONT KNO WHERE TO EXTRACT IT TO!! Any help on solving the aforementioned issues are much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

mate i aint had anything i cant get working on this operating systemn vista so if yah dont know what todo in platform terms dont use it lol.i can fix nearly anyproblem me self and have helped hundreds getitng voice and many other application errors working in vista .

I have a problem getting voice on chat clients like yahelite is there anyway to fix this?

1.) Download and Install TSP Audio Codec (in Downloads ISLE-2 in yah-mart or somewhere in this forum..)
2.) Restart-Reboot Computer
3.) Download and Install Latest Yahoo Messenger ( in Downloads ISLE-2)
4.) Join you Chatroom and connect to Voice, you should get something like this..

5.) Click on OK and then again click on Voice button, you should get something like this....

for clients u need a VistaVoice_DLL installer exe also somewhere in this forum.. more later with links to topics,
i have them on my site.. but ya here @ viprasys, so we'll help ya best we can
