I see some people have posted problems when patching. Has this been fixed or does the problem still happen? Just asking before I do it.....

Hellow everyone,I Have Kind Problom with Windows Vista Patching,I Have Download The Vista TCP Patch And Did What the Text File said On The Winrar File,And everything Works Fine,I even Can Go To [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\Tcpip\Parameters\]
"TcpNumConnections And Change The Limite after I Did all That'I Restart My pc And Try To Scan Socks,I was Wating for Like 1 Hour and I did Not Get even A 1 Sock,am I Doing Sumthing Worng?Please help me sumone,and one more thing if i get proxy from a Froum i can Lode the chat room,da onle problom is whean i scan with X86 Rangers I wont get Anything nothing at all  I Have Windows Vista Sp1 |

after I Patched My Windows Vista I Have Problem With My Sistem,, Bro Vit, Dont Have Vista Patch Like Windows Xp ? Automatic Patched.

how to know the diff afta patching? before patch i can use proxies but hard to get good 1...some ma frends said i have to patch tcp/ip first..and i did it by changing the parameters in regedit...after that still can get good proxies...i just want to know that is the diff before patch and after and how to see/knwo it? im on static ip...test changing the value from 10000 - 100000 and still get the same result...please bro....just wanna know the diff...peace
