Windows XP SP3 TCP/IP Patcher

By increasing the number of TCP/IP connections allowed at one time, your internet speeds up, especially when you are downloading stuff or playing online games.  can i use this setting 4 cracking????cause 4 sp2 setting,the limit have to be set to 1000000...n ist i the same 4 sp3???y does it have to be 500-600???just asking...TQ  |
